We guarantee that every transaction carried out at Highmountainshop.com is 100% safe. Each operation, which implies the transmission of personal information or bank details, is carried out within a safe environment. In both cases, when making a VISA or MASTERCARD payment, customers will be asked to supply the following information: the credit card number, the expiry date and a validation code, which refers to the last 3 digits printed on the back of the credit card. C) Bank transfer

 

You may wish to pay your purchase our products and pay them through bank transfer. In this case you must send us an e-mail to sales@highmountainshop.com and specify all the products you wish to buy.

In this case you will receive an E-mail, will indicate the account number required. It should be payable to HIGHMOUNTAIN SHOP in EUROS.

Please ensure that you indicate, "order number xxx" in the subject bar as well as your name and surname. The bank transfer should be carried out within a 3-day period, counting from the day the order was placed; otherwise your order will have to be cancelled.

 

The order will not be considered complete until the transaction has been verified by our bank. To facilitate the transaction, we recommend that you send a bank transfer receipt by email to sales@highmountainshop.com.

 

Remember that payments should be made in EURO and the customer will pay any currency exchange commission or bank commission if this method of payment is selected. For bank transfer payments made from countries other than Portugal, it is important that any commision / fees applied by the bank of origin are paid by the customer. If this is not the case, HIGH MOUNTAIN SHOP will delay dispatching the order until the entire amount is received.

 

 

 

III - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:

a) Deliveries to Portugal

 

Mainland Portugal and Portugal Madeira and Portugal Azores:

 

The credit card user is subject to the following conditions:

If the order is under 200 EUROS (VAT included), shipping costs will be applied, according with the order weight.

If the order is over 200 EUROS (VAT included), shipping costs are free.

 

 

b)Form of Payment: by credit card or bank transfer

 

Once an order has been placed, it will leave our warehouse on the same day providing it was placed before 18.00h Portuguese time, regardless of the price of the purchase. Deliveries are on working days, from Mon-Fri.

 

All items are delivered by express transport, within a period of 24-48h to the Mainland Portugal and 48-72 hours to the Portuguese Islands. This period is calculated once the goods have been collected from our warehouse.

In the case of bank transfer payments, orders will not be dispatched until the transaction has been verified by our bank.

 

Payments are usually made via a bank transfer or credit card .

 

 

c) Shipments to foreign countries

 

Free shipping on orders over 200 EUROS (TAX included).

If the order is under 200 EUROS (TAX included), shipping costs will be applied, according with the order weight.

Deliveries will be made between 48-72h according to the destination.

Once an order has been placed, it will leave our warehouse on the same day providing it was placed before 16.00h Portuguese time, regardless of the price of the purchase. Deliveries are on working days, from Mon-Fri.

Bear in mind that orders sent to Andorra will not include any extra taxes or tariffs which may be added at customs. These additional charges must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

 

The customer will pay transport costs according to the value of the order.

 

Shipping costs can be consulted after confirming your order when you proceed to checkout.

 

The shipping costs do not include any possible extra payments, which may be added, such as taxes or customs duties and which may be charged Cash On Delivery.

Note:

1) High Mountain Shop reserves the right to modify delivery times without previous warning on orders with large dimensions (crashpads, etc)

2) Some deliveries can take more time than the mentionend in the above information, due to stock shortage or replacemente.

 

 

d) Products with extended delivery times

 

Products with extended delivery times are those which take 48 hours more than the delivery time indicated in the purchase conditions. These products will be sent separately from products which are in the same order, with normal delivery times.

 

 

 

IV - GUARANTEE:

 

HIGH MOUNTAIN SHOP customers will benefit from the manufacturer's guarantee.

 

Defects or imperfections due to the incorrect use or manipulation of goods, as well as the wear and tear produced by the normal use of a product, are not included in this guarantee.

 

Any decline in the function of a product, due to its design limitation, is also excluded from guarantee.
